Born April 14, 1943 in Dumas, Arkansas; Otis was the 1st to arrive of twin boys. After birth, The Twins Otis & Artists was immediately taken to Lake Providence, Louisiana where they was raised on the family's 80 Acres of land.

Otis (Pop) & Artist (Chunk) were the 2nd eldest of their mom's 12 children and the 2nd eldest of their dad's 13 children.
